Good riddance to CirtexHosting. Welcome back site5!

Yesterday I’ve finally made the decision to leave CirtexHosting. When I launched/owned iJustApple I was using a VPS from HostV – which is part of the cirtex company – and I was very pleased with it. Very good uptime, friendly support, good prices, etc… Everything you needed from a good VPS host.

When I launched my own site and Chillze I’ve obviously picked CirtexHosting to host them, it’s cheap and the support is kinda alright. But the last few weeks they’ve been screwing everything up. I need to contact support literally every day because my sites are down or because there is an issue with the databases, etc… So I made the change to site5.

I used to host my sites with them and honestly, I don’t know why I made the change to Cirtex. Anyways, I’ve received a newsletter from site5 a month ago that they were launching a new hosting service called “Redundant Hosting”, you can read all details about it here. Actually it’s a service that makes sure your website is up and running 100%. I signed up for the “launchmail” and when I received it, it only took my a few minutes to make the change.

So good riddance to CirtexHosting and welcome back site5! Hopefully they won’t disappoint me, till now everything went very smooth and the support is very personal and friendly, with actual responses instead of auto-responses – like Cirtex. I’ll let you know how it goes .
