Hi and welcome to my blog and design portfolio! Below you can find a little bit of ‘history’ about me.

In 2002 (age 13) I opened PhotoShop for the first time. I started with the basics and read tons of online tutorials and after a year I was able to create very basic stuff and a website. A few years later I was able to make some pretty neat digital art and even started 3D modelling using Cinema 4D and Ulead Cool 3D. At that time was also able to create a decent website and code it properly.

Nowadays I am freelance graphic designer – including icons, logo’s websites – and I’m still learning each and every day. I deliver full websites, which are 100% valid. All done in photoshop and coda on a Mac.

Now a little bit about my passion for photography. I’ve bought my first camera in 2007 on eBay, it was a Fuji finepix s5800 – less than $200 – and I really enjoyed taking pictures! I took pictures of everything but after a while I was getting more and more intruiged by nature and especially by birds.

I have used that s5800 till 2009, my second camera was a more ‘professional’ one, a Canon EOS 500D and till date (05/11/2010) my best lens is a 70-300 USM by Canon.

All of this – graphic designing, photographing, etc… – is still a hobby. I study biological engineering at the university of Ghent (Belgium) but I love graphic designing and photography so much that I spend most of my spare time on it. Feel free to contact me at any time.
